Rena and Manami had originally planned a romantic Christmas date, but when Manami falls ill, their festive plans are put on hold. Skipping ahead to New Year’s Eve, Rena decides to make up for lost time by visiting Manami. However, upon arrival, Rena finds herself grappling with doubts about their first night together, wondering if Manami shares her thoughts on more "adult" matters. Despite her uncertainty, Rena is determined to give Manami a memorable evening.
To Rena's surprise, Manami has prepared a Christmas surprise. Adorned in festive attire and surrounded by decorations, Manami presents Rena with a beautiful necklace, spreading joy and excitement. Although Rena feels grateful for the gift, she realizes she has forgotten to bring one for Manami. Yet, Manami reassures her that Rena herself is the greatest gift she could receive.
